Why shouldn't I go straight to a press on my own?
Due to the relationships we have with our selected press spaces the pricing we receive is much lower then what would be offered to the general public. In addition we have strong working relationships with our press managers which puts us much closer to the production of the project as well as allowing us to be in direct contact from start to finish of all projects.
You're not located close to me... will I end up paying for it when it comes to shipping?
Absolutely not! All of our pricing will include standard shipping. Our pricing is so competitive that even if we have to ship your project across the country you will still save! Additioanlly due to our extensive network of print providers when possible we will place your order as close to its final destination as possible.
How do you select the press spaces that you align with?
The press spaces that we select are screened (years in business, sales volume, equipment list, number of employees, etc) and reviewed by our management team prior to placing any orders. In some cases we will even place test orders with the press spaces just to verify the work-flow, customer service and quality.
How long does the quoting process take?
We try to quote all projects within 24 hours, however, all quotes are different. As Print Brokers we might receive several bids over a few days especially when we know there is a better price to offer you for your project. Keep in mind that if additional information is required to complete your quote a delay may occur.
What is the production turnaround for my project?
All projects are different. Factors such as binding, die-cutting or other elements may increase production time. Prior to a project being placed we can let you know the estimated production time.
